What personal and professional shifts stood out for me personally was I learned to give myself grace. On the professional side it was knowing my value and worth that I can confidently add to clients and the business.

 

The coaching process influenced my mindset and decision making by allowing my vision and thought process to flow and it was ok to DREAM big and actually see light to a possible brighter future!

 

I must say what stood out The most was breathing and taking a few moments out to Trust God (heart) and Trust the process(Belly).
