MEET DR. KEISHA

Dr. Keisha Siriboe is a globally recognized leader in racial literacy education, equity-centered leadership, and transformational healing practices. With more than 25 years of experience, she has shaped conversations around justice, education, and mental wellness through TEDx talks, published scholarship, international keynotes, and innovative program design. Her work bridges research and real-world impact—always centering healing, equity, and the power of inclusive leadership.

A trailblazer in international education, Dr. Keisha became the first African-American to earn a master’s degree from Beijing Normal University in China and the first to earn a Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong—historic milestones that reflect her commitment to expanding access, perspective, and possibility across borders.

She has held influential roles with the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the World Education Research Association (WERA), and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)’s Education 2040 Project, contributing to the development of inclusive and forward-thinking global education policies.
