Dr. Keisha Siriboe is more than a leader — she is a force for transformation. As the founder of Dr. Keisha Cares, she partners with individuals, organizations, and communities to reimagine education, leadership, and healing through groundbreaking Education Consulting and Transformational Mindset Coaching.

A renowned scholar, award-winning educator, and pioneering advocate for racial literacy and leadership development, Dr. Keisha draws on more than 25 years of global impact across the United States, Asia, and Europe. Her legacy includes trailblazing achievements as the first African American to earn degrees from two of Asia’s most prestigious universities, alongside celebrated TEDx talks, published research, keynote speeches, and international lectures that bridge wisdom with action.

With a rare blend of academic rigor, heartfelt compassion, and unwavering vision, Dr. Keisha challenges outdated paradigms, nurtures courageous leadership, and expands what’s possible for generations to come. Dr. Keisha Siriboe’s academic journey is a testament to vision, resilience, and global leadership. She shattered barriers as the first African American to earn a master’s degree from Beijing Normal University in China and the first to receive a Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong—milestones that reflect her lifelong commitment to cross-cultural understanding, educational excellence, and transformative leadership.

Today, Dr. Keisha is a trusted voice at the intersection of education, equity, and emotional wellness. She has serves as the Chief Equity and Engagement Officer for leading organizations, such as the Trauma Research Foundation, Masters Events at Oxford University, and the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. Her influence extends across continents, from shaping global education policy through the OECD’s Education 2030 Project to advancing groundbreaking initiatives with the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and the World Educational Research Association (WERA).
